I got my wish recently when Media Blasters licensed Dai Mahou Touge.

I suppose I'd list Potemayo, but it is virtually certain to be picked up so I'm not concerned.

"What I most enjoyed watching was not anime at all (though some parts were animated): The Work of Michel Gondry."

Looking up Gondry, I see he directed "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," a movie I loved but didn't automatically associate with his name. I think of it as the work of writer/producer Charlie Kaufman, creator of a series of strange, brilliant, and unclassifiable movies. It seems the only major Kaufman film I've missed is his other collaboration with Gondry, called "Human Nature," which I now have to look up.
