		<description>At one point USS Clueless was something like #56 on the Technorati list. It's an honor that's much overblown. It didn't get me anything positive; all it got me was lots of junk mail from university types trying to do research who wanted me to fill out idiotic questionaires (which usually betrayed lots of misconceptions about blogging) and lots of "Will you trade links with me?" pathetic link whoring.

That was at a time when I was doing about 12,000 page loads per day. I'm a lot happier at my current (much lower) level, with the readership I have now.</description>
